Ryanne Ward serves as the Vice President of Communications, Marketing & Operations for the IIBA Nashville Chapter, bringing a wealth of experience in business analysis and a passion for fostering professional growth within the community. With a proven track record in optimizing processes and enhancing efficiency, Ryanne is dedicated to supporting the chapter's mission and ensuring its continued success. Her expertise lies in project management, data analysis, strategic planning, and process improvement. Ryanne is committed to creating valuable experiences for IIBA Nashville members and strengthening the local business analysis landscape.
Ryanne has over 20 years of professional experience in the healthcare industry, currently in a Vendor Oversight Manager role for Optum, part of the United HealthGroup family. Aside from serving on the IIBA Nashville board, she volunteers for several other organizations that support personal, professional, and educational development and community service initiatives.
