transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive measurable business outcomes. With a 
career spanning healthcare, insurance, and automotive industries, she has consistently delivered 
solutions that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and unlock new revenue opportunities.
At Nissan, Rhunda has accelerated data ingestion processes and engineered reporting frameworks that 
empower leaders with real-time insights for pricing and customer retention strategies. During her 
tenure at Cigna, she spearheaded AI/ML initiatives that reduced SLA failures by 95% and automated 
reporting processes that cut manual workloads while improving accuracy. Earlier in her career, she 
played a pivotal role at Ascension, where her work in provider quality metric tracking increased 
Medicare Shared Savings dollars and recovered over $1M in missed reimbursements.
Rhunda is recognized for her ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical 
solutions, leading cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-impact BI systems. She is 
skilled in SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Teradata, SSRS, and SharePoint, with certifications including
