Tammy Reno

Tammy Reno, CCA and ECBA, PMP, and CBCP started her career in accounting that supported banking and manufacturing and changed to healthcare and implementing medical IT systems.
 
For the last 5 years, she has been in the role of Disaster Recovery of those healthcare IT systems with Vanderbilt University Medical Center leading Disaster Recovery tests.

Bobbie Schofield MMHC, PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM

With over 25 years of experience in the Information Technology field, Bobbie Schofield specializes in project/program/portfolio management, agile transformations, data governance, and business systems analysis, design, and development. She has a long-standing commitment to professional development and community engagement, having served on the Nashville Project Management Institute Board and as a volunteer for nearly a decade. Bobbie also has a strong background in business analysis, having led BABOK study groups and served as the past president of the Nashville IIBA Chapter.
 
As the new Secretary and Vice President of Membership for the IIBA Nashville Chapter, Bobbie is eager to continue her passion for education and professional growth. She looks forward to connecting with members and supporting them on their business analysis journey, helping to foster a collaborative and thriving community for all.

Vice President (VP) Professional Development

Meaghan Morgan

Meaghan Morgan is the Vice President of Professional Development for the IIBA Nashville Chapter and a long-time employee of Nashville Electric Service (NES), now serving as Business Analyst in the Fleet Department. Her focus at NES is on the maintenance and improvement of IT solutions used in Fleet, as well as utilizing telematics data to drive decision-making. Her focus with the IIBA Nashville Chapter is to support career advancement in the Business Analysis community. She holds undergraduate degrees in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Central Florida, and Business Administration - Business Information Technology from the University of Memphis (Magna Cum Laude). 
 
Meaghan was born in New York, raised in Florida, and as a lifelong fan of country music, she moved to Nashville in 2008, where she met and married her husband. They happily remain Nashville residents and keep busy raising their active six-year-old son.

Bert Carroll

Bert Carroll is the CTO of Orbiit Services Inc and the co-host of the Accelerating Humans podcast. An accomplished technology executive and founder, Bert has deep experience in software development, business analysis, and AI-driven innovation. While his current work centers on building secure, scalable solutions for behavioral health and recovery, his background includes leading technology initiatives across healthcare, education, and other regulated industries.

Bert specializes in designing practical systems that fit real organizational needs. He combines systems design, workflow automation, and solutions that work in practice, not just in theory. His leadership is defined by a hands-on, iterative approach to product development and a commitment to making advanced technologies practical and accessible for both front-line teams and their clients. Bert is passionate about building high-performance teams, driving continuous improvement, and using technology to accelerate humans in every field he serves.
